Profile – The Buildings
Main Church
The Wood Lane church was given by Mrs. Halley in memory of her husband. This a traditional Church building built in 1932, with a seating capacity of approximately 150. The building consists of the main sanctuary, a prayer room, the Church office, a crèche, resources room, kitchen and schoolroom. The foyer area was refurbished in recent years and a new central heating system and double glazing installed.
Faith Hall
This is a wooden building originally erected as a temporary structure during the 2nd World War and still going strong. The hall consists of a large sports hall, and a "quiet room" at the rear. This is mainly used for youth activities during the week such as the Girls’ and Boy’s Brigade and for Youth Club on a Friday evening. Our youth church has outgrown the facilities in the main building and Faith Hall also accommodates some of our Sunday activities as well.
The Manse
The church manse is a modern four-bedroomed house, with garage, located within the grounds of the Church. It has large front and rear gardens.
